SupplierSync · by Worksub
In developmentSupplier spreadsheets in, store prices and stock updated, margins kept.
SupplierSync will take the price and stock files your suppliers send, however messy, and match each row to your products. It will apply your margin rules and show you a preview of every change before anything is pushed to Shopify, WooCommerce or Odoo. If you want it, it will also write product titles and descriptions for new items.
For ecommerce and dropship retailers buying from 1 to 20 suppliers. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.
The problem
Every week, the same spreadsheet, retyped.
Suppliers send price lists and stock levels as Excel or CSV files, each in their own layout. Someone matches their SKUs to yours, recalculates selling prices, updates stock, and rewrites descriptions for anything new.
Miss an update and you sell something out of stock, or at last month’s cost.
Every supplier’s file is different
Different columns, different SKU formats, merged cells, notes in the price column.
Margins slip
When cost goes up and the selling price doesn’t, you find out from the P&L.
Overselling
A stock file that arrives Monday and gets entered Thursday means orders you can’t fill.
How it will work
What SupplierSync is planned to do
- 1
Upload the supplier file
Drop in the Excel or CSV, or forward the supplier’s email. Map the columns once per supplier.
- 2
Rows are matched
Each row will be matched to a product in your store by SKU, barcode or name. Unmatched rows are listed separately.
- 3
Rules are applied
Your margin and rounding rules set the new selling price. A diff shows every price and stock change.
- 4
You push the update
Approve the diff and SupplierSync pushes it to Shopify, WooCommerce or Odoo.

FAQ
Questions about SupplierSync
How is this different from Stock Sync or Syncee?
Those work best with clean feeds. SupplierSync is aimed at the messy spreadsheets real suppliers send, with a review step before anything changes.
Will it write product descriptions?
Optionally, for new products: a title and description drafted from the supplier’s data, shown for your approval like everything else.
