RevRecon · by Worksub

In development

Stripe payouts that actually match the bank, and the books.

RevRecon will read your Stripe account and break every payout down into the charges, refunds and fees inside it. It will match each payout to the deposit in your bank and export clean entries to QuickBooks. You also get the monthly revenue numbers your investors ask for.

For early-stage SaaS founders and small marketplaces on Stripe. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.

The problem

Stripe says one number. The bank says another.

A single Stripe payout bundles dozens of charges, refunds, disputes and fees. Your bank shows one deposit. Your bookkeeper needs the pieces. Founders end up exporting CSVs at month end or paying someone to wire it up.

Analytics tools show MRR, but they don’t close the books.

  • Payouts are bundles

One deposit, many transactions. Matching them by hand takes hours.

  • Fees and refunds hide

Net deposits make revenue look smaller than it is unless someone splits them out.

  • Month-end scramble

Your bookkeeper asks for the breakdown, and you export another CSV.

How it will work

What RevRecon is planned to do

This is the plan, not a shipped product. The waitlist decides what gets built first, and what you tell us shapes it.
  1. 1

    Connect Stripe

Read-only access. RevRecon will never move money or change your Stripe settings.

  2. 2

    Payouts are broken down

Every payout will be split into its charges, refunds, disputes and fees.

  3. 3

    Matched to the bank

Each payout is matched to its deposit, and anything that doesn’t match is flagged.

  4. 4

    Exported to the books

Clean journal entries go to QuickBooks, and a monthly revenue summary lands in your inbox.

Does it need write access to Stripe?

No. The plan is read-only access only.

Does this exist yet?
