PortalRunner · by Worksub
In developmentThe daily retailer portal routine, run for you on a schedule.
PortalRunner will log in to the retailer portals you sell through, including Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link and DSCO. It will handle the 2FA, download the orders and reports you pull every morning, and drop them into a sheet or folder. If a run fails, you’ll hear about it right away.
For consumer goods brands and agencies selling through retailer portals. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.
The problem
Five portals, five logins, every morning.
Selling through retailers means logging in to each portal to download orders, pull sales reports and upload inventory. Each one has its own login, its own 2FA and its own layout, and none of them have a usable API for a brand your size.
It is an hour a day of clicking, and it stops whenever the person who does it is out.
No API for you
The portals were built for people clicking, so the data only comes out by clicking.
2FA everywhere
Every login needs a code, which is why generic automation tools give up.
One person knows the routine
When they are on vacation, the reports don’t get pulled.
How it will work
What PortalRunner is planned to do
- 1
Pick your portals
Start with the portals you use most. PortalRunner will ship prebuilt runs for the common ones.
- 2
Store credentials safely
Logins and 2FA secrets will be encrypted and only used for your scheduled runs.
- 3
Runs on a schedule
Every morning, or whenever you set, it logs in, downloads, and uploads what you need.
- 4
Files land, failures alert
Reports go to a Google Sheet, Drive or email. If a portal changes or a run fails, you get an alert.
Honest scope
What it will do, what it won’t, and what stays with you

FAQ
Questions about PortalRunner
Is it safe to give it my portal logins?
Credentials will be encrypted at rest and used only for your runs, and you can revoke them any time. If a portal offers a dedicated user, we’ll recommend using one.
What happens when a portal changes its layout?
Portals do change, which is why runs are monitored and failures alert you. Maintaining the runs is our job, not yours.
