PipelineLens · by Worksub
In developmentThe CRM reports your clients ask for and your CRM doesn’t have.
PipelineLens will connect to GoHighLevel or HubSpot, pull your data every night, and build the reports the native dashboards leave out. That means per-template email performance, speed to lead, pipeline aging and cross-workflow attribution. Each report gets a white-label link you can send to clients.
For goHighLevel and HubSpot agencies and in-house RevOps teams. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.
The problem
The answer is in the CRM. The report isn’t.
Which email template actually books calls? How long do new leads wait for a first touch? Your CRM has the data but not the view, so someone exports CSVs every month and stitches them together in a spreadsheet.
For an agency that does this for every client, it adds up to a lot of hours that nobody can bill.
Export, stitch, repeat
Monthly reporting means the same CSV exports and the same spreadsheet formulas, client after client.
Template results are hidden
Native reports roll results up by campaign or workflow, not by the template that did the work.
Clients want a link
They want a live page they can open, not a PDF that’s stale by Tuesday.

Each sub-account gets a white-label report link under your agency’s name.

FAQ
Questions about PipelineLens
Does it change anything in my CRM?
No. The plan is read-only access. PipelineLens reads your data and builds reports; it never writes back.
Which report should come first?
Tell us in the form. The reports people ask for most get built first.
Does this exist yet?
Not yet. It’s in development, and teams on the waitlist get access first. Interest from teams like yours determines what we build next.
What happens when I sign up?
Your email goes on the list for this product, and nothing else. We’ll write when there’s something to try, and we might ask you a question or two about how you work today. No newsletter, and we never share your address.
Want PipelineLens built?
Join the waitlist for early access. We’ll reach out when it’s ready for its first teams.
