OrderPilot · by Worksub

In development

Orders out of the inbox and into your system, without the retyping.

OrderPilot will read the orders, quotes and purchase orders your customers email in, PDF attachments included. It will match every line to your SKUs and price list and draft the order in your sheet, Odoo, QuickBooks or Shopify. Your team checks it and approves with one click. Nothing is entered without a person saying yes.

No newsletter. We never share your address.

For wholesalers, distributors, 3PLs and small manufacturers. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.

The problem

Somebody retypes every order.

Customers send orders however they like: a line in an email body, a scanned PDF, a spreadsheet with their own part numbers. Someone on your team reads each one, looks up your SKU, checks the price and stock, and keys it in by hand.

It is careful, repetitive work, and a mistyped quantity turns into a wrong shipment. It is exactly the kind of job an agent can draft and a person can check in seconds.

  • Every format is different

Email bodies, PDFs, spreadsheets, photos of paper forms. No two customers send an order the same way.

  • Their part numbers, not yours

Matching a customer’s description to your SKU and current price means a lookup on every line.

  • Errors cost a shipment

One transposed digit is a wrong pick, a return, and an apology call.

How it will work

What OrderPilot is planned to do

This is the plan, not a shipped product. The waitlist decides what gets built first, and what you tell us shapes it.
  1. 1

    An order lands

OrderPilot will watch your orders inbox, Gmail or Microsoft 365, and pick out orders, quotes and POs, reading the email and any PDF attached.

  2. 2

    Lines get matched

Each line will be matched to your SKU, price list and stock. Anything it can’t match is flagged instead of guessed.

  3. 3

    A draft order is built

The order will be drafted in your Google Sheet, Odoo, QuickBooks or Shopify, with the source document linked beside it.

  4. 4

    Your team approves

Someone reviews the draft against the original and approves with one click. Nothing is entered without that click.

FAQ

Questions about OrderPilot

Which systems will it work with?

The first version is planned for Google Sheets, Odoo, QuickBooks and Shopify. Tell us what you use in the form and it moves up the list.

Is this related to CertPilot?

Yes. OrderPilot uses the same pattern as CertPilot, our live agent for insurance certificates: read the request, do the work, leave a draft for a person to approve.

Does this exist yet?

Not yet. It’s in development, and teams on the waitlist get access first. Interest from teams like yours determines what we build next.
