InboxWatch · by Worksub
In developmentKnow the morning your emails start landing in spam.
InboxWatch will send scheduled test emails from your key senders to seed inboxes across Gmail, Outlook and other providers. It will check whether each one landed in the inbox, promotions or spam, and alert you in Slack as soon as placement drops. You find out before your reply rates tell you.
For cold email agencies and ecommerce brands. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.
The problem
You find out about spam from the results.
Deliverability breaks quietly. A domain gets flagged, a sending pattern trips a filter, and the first sign is a campaign that gets no replies or a sale that doesn’t sell.
Checking placement by hand means test accounts at every provider and someone remembering to look.
Silent failure
Emails don’t bounce when they go to spam. They just disappear.
Many senders, many domains
Agencies run dozens of mailboxes. Checking each one by hand doesn’t scale.
Too late to fix
By the time reply rates drop, the campaign has already gone out.

FAQ
Questions about InboxWatch
How is this different from GlockApps or Mailreach?
Honestly, they cover a lot of this already. InboxWatch only makes sense if it does one thing better for you, so tell us in the form what’s missing from what you use.
Will it send from my real mailboxes?
Yes. Placement depends on the actual sender, so tests are sent from the mailboxes you connect, at a low volume you set.
Does this exist yet?
Not yet. It’s in development, and teams on the waitlist get access first. Interest from teams like yours determines what we build next.
