FrontDesk · by Worksub
In developmentEvery call answered, every booking made, even after hours.
FrontDesk will answer the calls your team can’t get to: after hours, during lunch, while everyone is with a customer. It will answer common questions from a script you approve, book into your calendar, and text your team a summary of every call. Anything it can’t handle goes straight to a person.
For clinics, home services, salons and law firms. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.
The problem
A missed call is usually a missed customer.
When nobody answers, most callers don’t leave a voicemail. They call the next business on the list. After-hours calls, lunch-hour calls and calls while your team is busy with a customer are all revenue that goes elsewhere.
Answering services are expensive and generic, and they don’t book anything.
After hours is prime time
People call when they’re off work, which is when you are too.
Voicemail doesn’t book
By the time you call back, they’ve booked with someone else.
Same five questions
Hours, prices, location, availability. Your team answers them all day.
How it will work
What FrontDesk is planned to do
- 1
Approve the script
Your services, hours, prices and rules. FrontDesk will only say what you’ve approved.
- 2
It answers
Calls you miss forward to FrontDesk, which answers in a natural voice and handles the common questions.
- 3
It books
Appointments go straight into your calendar, with a text confirmation to the caller.
- 4
You get a summary
Every call is summarized by text or email. Urgent ones and anything outside the script go to a person.

FAQ
Questions about FrontDesk
Will callers know it’s AI?
Yes. FrontDesk will say so at the start of every call. We won’t build one that pretends to be a person.
Which calendars?
Google Calendar and Outlook first, and the common booking tools by request. Tell us yours in the form.
Does this exist yet?
Not yet. It’s in development, and teams on the waitlist get access first. Interest from teams like yours determines what we build next.
What happens when I sign up?
Your email goes on the list for this product, and nothing else. We’ll write when there’s something to try, and we might ask you a question or two about how you work today. No newsletter, and we never share your address.
