The problem
Each custom order is a small design job.
A customer orders a necklace engraved with a name, or a sign in a custom size. Someone copies the details out of Shopify, makes a mockup, types up a spec sheet and emails it to the factory, one order at a time.
Storefront customizer apps handle what the customer sees. The handoff to the factory is still done by hand.

Do I need a new product customizer?
No. FactoryPack is planned to read whatever your existing customizer or product options already save on the order.
What products will it support?
Anything with a template: engraving, printed text, signs, apparel, made-to-measure items. Tell us yours in the form.
Does this exist yet?
Not yet. It’s in development, and teams on the waitlist get access first. Interest from teams like yours determines what we build next.
What happens when I sign up?
Your email goes on the list for this product, and nothing else. We’ll write when there’s something to try, and we might ask you a question or two about how you work today. No newsletter, and we never share your address.
