Billable · by Worksub
In developmentTracked time to a correct invoice, with every client’s rules applied.
Billable will import your hours from Toggl, Clockify or a CSV. It will apply each client’s rates, rounding rules and billable-versus-actual splits, add expenses, and draft the invoice in QuickBooks or Xero. The spreadsheet step between your time tracker and your invoice goes away.
For agencies, consultancies and field service teams. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.
The problem
Between the timesheet and the invoice, there’s a spreadsheet.
One client is billed in 15-minute increments, another has a capped retainer, a third pays a different rate for travel. The time tracker records what happened. Turning that into what gets billed happens in a spreadsheet, every month.
It is slow, and the mistakes cost either you or the client.
Every client has rules
Rounding, minimums, caps and rates that change by task or by person.
Billable is not actual
Keeping both numbers, and the reason they differ, is manual work.
Month-end crunch
Invoicing waits on the spreadsheet, and cash waits on invoicing.
How it will work
What Billable is planned to do
- 1
Import time
Connect Toggl or Clockify, or upload a CSV. Expenses can come along too.
- 2
Rules per client
Set rates, rounding, minimums and caps once for each client. Billable will apply them every time.
- 3
Review the draft
See actual and billable time side by side, with each adjustment explained, before anything is invoiced.
- 4
Push to accounting
Approved invoices are drafted in QuickBooks Online or Xero, ready to send.
Honest scope
What it will do, what it won’t, and what stays with you
