BidRadar · by Worksub
In developmentThe bids worth chasing, scored and summarized every morning.
BidRadar will read the opportunity alerts and portal notices you already get. It will score each one against your company’s capabilities, past performance and set-asides, and hand you a short list with a summary and a first draft for the ones that fit. You decide which to pursue.
For small government contractors, starting with GovCon business development. From Worksub, the team behind CertPilot and EstoppelPilot.
The problem
Most alerts aren’t a fit. Finding the few that are takes all morning.
Bid alert emails and portal searches return far more than a small contractor can read. Someone opens each notice, checks the NAICS code, set-aside and scope, and makes a go/no-go call. Then they start a response from a blank page.
Enterprise tools exist, but they are priced and built for firms with a full capture team.
Too much noise
Keyword alerts match on words, not fit, so most of the list is irrelevant.
Deadlines are short
A day spent reading notices is a day less to write the response.
Blank-page starts
Every pursuit begins with the same capability summary, rewritten by hand.

FAQ
Questions about BidRadar
Why start with government contracting?
It has the clearest structure (codes, set-asides, deadlines) and the most painful volume. If the scoring works there, grants and other sources follow.
Will it replace GovWin or GovTribe?
Not as a database. BidRadar is planned to sit on top of the alerts you already get and do the reading and scoring, priced for small firms.
